The regular staff at this pharmacy is super helpful. Even if not a frequent visitor, they remember me as soon as I walk in the door and have gone above and beyond several times for our family. The hours may not be as extensive as larger chains, or you may have to wait overnight for an unusual medication, but the care and customer service is well worth those kind of minor inconveniences. Can't recommend enough.

Yorktown Pharmacy is the best! Darla and Casey are kind & accommodating! They truly go above and beyond to ensure the migraine meds I take are in stock as soon as I need a refill. I use to use the Walgreens across the street and I am so happy i transferred my meds here. The staff bends over backwards for me. The people here really care about their patients

I am an NJ resident who doctor moved to PA and I was forced to start filling my medication in PA. Even thou it was a HUGE inconvenience for my life, I am so beyond happy that events happened and Yorktown is now my pharmacy. They are so professional, helpful, and patient. The new rules confused me, and they were skeptical of me filling at first being I'm from Jersey. They just took the time to explain it all and understood my situation. Used to use CVS, but this pharmacy has exceeded my expectations. They mail my prescriptions and help me keep track of when I need to have them sent being they are a controlled medication. Just truly a wonderful staff. Darla is great!

The best pharmacists and owners you’ll ever find!! They stayed HOURS late at a COVID vaccine clinic to make sure no vaccines were wasted, waiting while our elderly community members (on the vaccine wait list) found rides to come get their shot. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to our York Town Pharmacy team. ❤️

In addition to regular service one would expect from any pharmacy, Yorktown Pharmacy also offers compounding service. (If you have an unusual prescription they can make/mix it for you as long as it is not required to be sterile. Those needing sterile compounding will have to look elsewhere). The staff are very helpful. The store also serves as a UPS Access Point. Parking out front is a bit limited.

Best pharmacy since EP's Sousans closed (they closed in 2012). Sousans customers were all referred to Walgreens that was right in Yorktown Plaza. Worst mistake. I was always treated like a drug addict and they never had my prescriptions on time. I have a rare genetic bone disorder and Walgreens made it very frustrating trying to handle my prescriptions. Yorktown pharmacy is totally different. They actually care about their customers. Transferring my prescriptions was a breeze. The whole staff is very nice, and I don't feel judged. They deliver to my door every month, which is very convenient for me. One time I had an issue and I was getting ready to put up a fight (because that's what I was used to with Walgreens) but it was resolved in a professional manner. I was so appreciative. Highly recommend.
